Gang Member found Hiding underwater in a Swimming Pool

Police arrested a wanted fugitive and validated gang member who ran away from officers and then hid in a vacant home’s swimming pool.
California Highway Patrol Officers called Clovis Police after the suspect ran from a car they had pulled over at Shaw and Peach. After getting several calls from residents reporting a prowler, Clovis Police determined the suspect had run into a neighborhood in the 500 block of West Twain.
Police say they found 27-year-old Vue Her underwater — hiding in a vacant home’s swimming pool.
Investigators say the validated gang member had a loaded gun and methamphetamine in his possession.
